Facebook has released a project back since August/September where the newest profile design is to innovate the most-used social network. They call their project "Timeline". At that moment, you could take advantages of Timeline by signing up as a Facebook Developer. However, Timeline will be live by December 22nd, here's how to get it now!
Time ago I thought of Facebook as a personal online diary, where you could post all your stuff and in the future, take a look to all that stuff you once did. The downside is that all this data can be taken away or that you are relying on Facebook data policies. I've known people who's account got closed due to problems with it, and data could not be recovered.
Facebook is planning to make it public by December 22nd, but you can start using Timeline as of now without developer rights by visiting https://www.facebook.com/about/timeline.
A couple of features included in Timeline, are the ability to go back to previous posts, to see who you added as friends during a specific time range, see what you liked in specific months, or see what you shared during that month and that year.
Feel free to provide feedback through our Facebook Page, our Google+ Site or Twitter.
