How to View Old Facebook Pictures Albums Format

If you have ever wondered, what happens to be on every Facebook's developers mind before launching a site update, I would suggest: change. Human beings have always had a desire to change, to evolve, and move. Well, some of us are just not getting used to changes, specially when those are non-functional. If you really don't like that new black javascript-based platform Facebook uses now to view pictures, and want to view them in the old way, here's how.

That's right, you might don't like the new Facebook way to view pictures. If most people is not comfortable with it, why do they use it?

Well, you previously had the ability to drag pictures off the album into your desktop or any folder in your PC. That's right, you could just save a picture of any friend's album. The new Javascript thing does not allow you tho...

I know it looks nicer at some point. We don't want Facebook become obsolete through the years, while Twitter, MySpace, or Hi5 (whether you use, had, or known about some of these sites), are improving their themes making them look nicer. Not as socially functional as Facebook probably.

I'm not the one type of guy that complaints about every change Facebook makes. However, this Picture Viewer is really annoying. I do believe it won't let you use good view of your pictures.

The first thing to do is to open a picture, and refresh from the picture's source URL. You can either do this by pressing F5, or by copying the picture source as shown:

Your picture then will show the old fashioned way. Just use the arrows on your keyboard to move left or right. (I know...)
